Making An Electrick Pick

Ok Ive Seen A Couple Videos Where They Take An ORAL Toothbrush And Make It Into An Electric Pick...How Would I Do That Cause The Videos Don't Really Show Me How To Very Well...They Just Show The Finished Product...How Effective Is It Anyways?Cause Im Guessing It Would Ruin The Pick Fast..But Enlighten Me Please

I saw a video clip where a guy used a battery-operated scissor and modified it. It looked pretty neat and compact when he was done. I think I'll be trying that approach soon.
