no idea about this lock specifically but as its a master lock im assuming its a padlock. check under the shackle for a screw. although the D at the end makes me think it might be a plastic covered version of a brass padlock so you may bot be able to do this.
Masterlock don't have an 803D 803 or 800 lock listed on the website so I cant be any more help, maybe someone on here might have one and could be more help.
