What keyway is the one on the right? I give up... It's not in any of the references I have. CLICK EACH IMAGE FOR FULLSIZE VIEW Looking at the bow gives no clue, because the stamping and the bow are exactly the same on the two.

I dunno about the one on the right, but the one on the left looks strikingly like a KABA peaks B1 keyway... perhaps the key on the right is another in the KABA peaks series? Where'd you get the blanks from?

They're both KABA Peaks. The left one was no problem, because it was in the PDF file I have. The other one clearly is not, hence the problem.

Its probably a restricted keyway. Where did you get it? Did it come from an institution of some kind? The University of VT has a restricted kaba peaks system, which, as far as I know, is specific to the university. No one else can get the blank.

I'm not sure who owned it before the asset liquidator did. I thought someone here might be able to identify it, but it doesn't look like anyone have an access to documents, or unwilling to share information. I've got like 30 of these things, so if I can't figure out what it is... I can't do much with them other than practice/test cuts and adjusting key machines.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there was an option with some of the Best premium keyways to request your own particular keyway, right? Maybe this one is just one of those that doesn't have a "standardized" kaba peaks keyway. For what it's worth, you seem to be the resident Best SFIC guru, so I don't think anyone is holding out on you with information about the keyway... I'm willing to bet no one else knows either.
