HELP electronic lockpicking

Hi all, i'm a new member. Compliments for the this wonderful site!
I have a question: does the use of electronic lockpicking require any ability of manupulation? Is it easy to use?

I think you are talking about the power tool picks. I suppose that a newbie could make it difficult, as you still have to use a tensioner, but the answer is that powertools require no skill.

loads of people start out and use these electric picks , personally i would learn to pick by hand first , its the cornerstone of all the skills required
