shipping lock picks to arkansas?

i got a couple questions
1}i have looked on line to try and find any law about shipping lock picks, and or careing them. i couldnt find any on them i'm assuming that there is none, but i wanted to ask if anybody new of any before i ordered them.
2}i'm sure its asked alot but couldnt find any threads about it but i'm ordering from southford. and it says " By placing an order for locksmithing tools, the buyer asserts to be, without fraud or deception, a bonafied member of the locksmithing industry, or other qualified personnel." or is it just something they have to say.
3}What the legal age?? 18 or 21?

I haven't had any trouble ordering stuff here in Oregon. Don't know the Arkansas laws but assume they are lax. Rick

Check to see if your state requires locksmiths to be tested and registered by the state especially if you are going to be carrying your picks with you. As an apprentice, even I do not carry my picks with me unless heading to a job with the locksmith I work with. There was a time before that in which I carried them with me everywhere I went but then my brain kicked in and said to me "hey, if you get a felony possesion of burglary tools the state will never license you when you are done with the apprenticeship, thus I would have done all of the studying and investments in vain".
