i looked on youtube but even following the video guides i cant get my new southords to work. how exactly have you guys who have successfully used them pick locks?

Show us a pic of your new southords. are you trying to pick a tubular lock with normal lock picks? or do you have the Southord 7 or 8 pin tubular pick?

i have both the 7 and 8 from southord and am using the 7 on a 7
