Help opening a tubular lock

Hi. I own a laundromat and a few of my machines have those horizontal tubular locks. I assume someone tried to tamper with one. Now the inside tube is turned slightly to the right. I cannot fit my key in to turn it. Is there an easy way for me to get the inside part of the lock re-aligned with the rest of it so that I can open it with my key? Something quick and simple without the use of a special tool?

All we can tell you is to call a locksmith. It's their job and many of them are good at it. We are a hobby picking site and not in the habit of teaching people to open vending type locks, especially when it's the first post made by a user.
