Anybody have a review of bumpmylock.com?

Postby cds333 » 23 May 2009 2:18

For one thing I notice that they use the same stock image (a 6 pin) for both the SC4 and SC19, one of which is a 5 pin key. Also I tried to call them today and I was on hold for like 20min before it kicked over to an answering machine; WTF?

I did a quick search and only found one reference to them on this site, albeit a positive one.

Was just wondering if anybody has purchased from them and if so how was their shipping time/ product quality and/or CS?

Thanks in advance

Well, I think you already found out what their customer service is like...

Also depends on what your wanting to purchase, if its lockpick sets and/or actual locks, I've seen cheaper- lots cheaper on some items elsewhere.

Actually I'm good for picks at the moment- but I was looking at their mix-n-match 10 key bump set. Either that or the 11 key set. Although I doubt I'd ever use them in front of a paying customer, I kinda want to see whether or not my personal locks will stand up to them and if not I can replace them with something better...

I'm really not happy with them.
Ordered some stuff, got the box two weeks after with missing items.

Send them many emails. Eventually got an answer saying they will ship the missing item. Never received it and they are not replying anymore to my emails.

Avoid avoid avoid...
