can anyone tell me the picking order for the abus 55/50.

Depending on the manufacturing line, setup, settings, etc this will differ per series of manufactured locks.
Mine is 1,2,3,4,5
Most of the times you are ok with picking from back to front (6),5,4,3,2,1 or front to back 1,2,3,4,5,(6).

With the exception of a very small set of specific locks, there is no fixed or predictable picking order for any lock. It is random, and that is part of the challenge of lockpicking.

The reason back to front is somewhat common is because wear distributes front to back, causing back pins to maintain tolerances longer than front pins.

Yeah i don't think there is a specific order or picking order for any lock
but i think is random,sometimes you can start from back to front or front to back
also depending on the lock and the pick you are using hope this helps.

Picking order is not a set thing, it could differ between two different pickers, its affected by where the tension is applied, the top of keyway tension is the harder to hold in the keyway, but probably puts less difficulty in picking.

Tolerances do not become tighter as the lock wears, they become looser.

The key also wears and this eventually makes the key tricky or unusable.

Some locks that you have become very familiar with picking will give up in a regular order to the same picker and the same pick, but other things such as a grain of sand in the lock can change the binding order,
Personally, while I am aware of the tendency of locks to give in, in a set order if the picker, the pick, etc are all the same, I also believe that by picking we change some of that when pins and their drill holes are filled with scratches left by sharp picks and force.
