possible to change pins in cut-out locks?

Forgive me for asking this stupid question, but before I go on and buy a cut-out lock, I would really like to know if it is possible to change pins on those locks?

I was thinking about getting a tri-pik station from lockpickersmall.com or lockpickers.com with a cutaway lock.

Think it's a good idea? Any feedback on those?

Haven't checked out your specific product selection, but I'm pretty confident that you can repin any cutaway (pin tumbler) cylinder out there.

The whole point of cutaways is to expose the function without impairing it... As long as the pins/discs/wafers aren't cut as well, it should be rekeyable - and even then, you could probably rearrange the parts and re-key it in essence.

Yes all the cutaway locks that I have come arcross let you repin some padlocks dont.
