Shlage Pin sets

I was at my local hardware store yesterday and was told that they could custom order a $50 shlage toolbox that had everything to cusomize you'd need your pins. Do you know a website where they sell these. Are Shlage pins universal ( do they work on all locks )? Also if i were to start a little buisiness that would set all your locks pins the same,how much should i charge per lock? Last thing, if i were to change all the pins to the same arrangement and the customer had no key, can you buy precut keys for brand name locks?
