I need to rekey a Weiser Lock Weiser Bolt, but I have been unable to get the cylinder out. I have pulled on the stem while rotating the key and pulling, but it will not come out. Any tips? Thanks!

I don't quite understand your description....is this an entrance set or deadbolt?

Did you take the clip off the back?

It is a entry set that with an additional turn becomes a deadbolt.
I did remove the clip in the back. Just can't get the cylinder to release.
