Key catalogs

Postby ddc » 10 Jan 2010 15:26

Hello All

where can I get key catalogs other than at the distributors'? do they just give the catalogs away or do I have to buy them?
I'm currently taking a basic lockie course (much theory, not enough practice...), and they just sent us to the importers, saying they would give us catalogs if we asked them. does that sound reasonable? what if they don't give me anything, where would I get relevant material?
it seems like a basic thing to have when you start up a business...
p.s.
are there any online catalogs or other reference to key blanks?

thanks?

thanks for the replies to both of you!

how can I tell if a certain catalog is relevant to my country, or do I have to browse for common profiles I know?

thanks again!

Please google for "key blanks" or the like and I think you will find companies with the information you want.
Some may be willing to send hardcopy catalogs but most will be online.

If you want information on region specific blanks give the mfg. customer service a call.

good luck in the new pursuit.
