This is not a how to become a locksmith site. But a group of our members who pick locks for fun also happen to be locksmiths so there is a special locksmith business area for them to throw questions back and fourth that are related to the locksmith business.
Most of the areas you are posting in are meant for hobby lockpicking questions and posts, and we like to see the place organized well so it is easy to search, so keep that in mind and ask your business and training related questions in the correct area. I'm sure some of the real locksmiths on here naturally visit the Locksmith Business sub forum before they read any other posts, so your question may be missed and never answered.
As far as courses for access control? I don't believe there is one course that covers all of it, but there are some books out there, by Bill Phillips if I'm not mistaken. We had an Ingersoll Rand (Schlage) prox system installed at our office and the locksmith was specifically factory trained on that brand, but I'm sure if you gave him a Northern 1000 control panel, some HES 9600 strikes, and some HID readers, he wouldn't have known what do it with it. A lot of the interfaces and progamming seems very proprietary for many of these systems.
Here is the Bill Phillips book I was talking about, it also covers Master Keying, which I think was your question from another post.
