As Sun Tzu says (more or less), the best battle is the one you don't have to fight.
I think the most 'secure' locks are whichever ones discourage potential thieves from trying.

'Most unpickable' is an economic balancing act, IMO. Designing, setting up, manufacturing, advertising, distributing, and supporting a new lock/system isn't a cheap proposition. A universal concern with the bottom line means there has to be enough of a market to pay for the new product, or your company goes out of business. How many customers will pay that new price? Like bump proof locks that are only 10-20 dollars or so above the usual builders grade line yet are still in the minority.

OP- Do you have a specific application in mind?

the locks are only ever as secure as the door they are fitted to.
No point having a high security lock on a door using a shimmable latch

I would call Abloys "unpickable".
They might not be, but show me a person who can?
Before you invest in an expencive lock, you could make sure that its not easy to kick the whole door in, or brake a window and climb in etc...
The lockies on this forum can tell you dozen ways to improve security.
