Please leave the F and M dormitory and classroom locks alone, they're not yours to mess with. ;-)

Corbin Russwin has been making locks for schools and colleges for many years and they have many different models including some that have little ball bearings at the bottom of the pins so the lock can last many years without wearing out. In most cases they're just normal pin tumbler locks, no special methods required, just normal lock picks and some skill. But remember, everyone here at lockpicking101.com only picks locks that we actually own or have explicit permission to be picking.

We pick locks for fun and because it's like a puzzle, like solving a Rubik's cube. We don't do this for any criminal or shady reasons.

Thanks for your question,

If you wanted to legally practice on some I have some up for sale in BST. ;)

I gutted them and only one had all spools, but this one was also master keyed. The rest just have normal drivers and pins.
