Being an forum with international membership, we can't expect every question to be about locks from the United States. quick google search in google.co.uk reveals that ILS is Italian Locking System. http://www.directlocks.co.uk/ils-fdm004-bullet-lock-pin-bullet-locks-p-3224.htmland unlisted is correct, a key would do the job quite well. I know in the US we use American 700 padlocks for these type of roll up metal shutters for store fronts (think New York City at night!), I guess in the UK they use this type of lock that you stick into an opening on the side of the roll up door and it must go through a hole in the roll up door, so that it cannot move up or down unless the key is turned, the pin retracts, and the lock assembly is removed from the frame and no longer blocks the roll up. Are you trying to get the shutter open or are you trying to take the lock apart to put in a new lock?

seeing as you keep on this "locksmith" type of posts I want to make this very clear for you: This is lockpicking 101. com NOT locksmiths101.com or locksmith training 101.com. Please keep in mind this is a hobbiest site, and caters to such. I still recommend you take a professional course if you want to be a locksmith. DO NOT expect to learn the trade from a hobby site, as we do not delve into all the locksmith tricks and trades here. Thanks.

You turn the key, and pull. The entire lock comes out of the welded housing on the shutter, and you can then roll up the shutter. No screw, just a retaining pin which is retracted by the key.

You feel better for making your quip? Try a google search next time before you tell someone you haven't heard of a brand and don't get bent out of shape when someone reminds you the world doesn't revolve around America. we're all lockpickers here, I don't have time for attitude. Squelchtone

Oh get off your high horse. It was a simple question that I was asking to help him. Apologies if I don't have time to search for every lock manufacturer - sort of like how you don't have time for attitude. Don't be a double standard.
