I'm not gonna tell ya which to go with, but some advice on each.
Yale is a good quality lock with good manufactured tolerances and a difficult keyway that makes maneuvering picks in and out a pain. I'd say it's probably gonna be the hardest to pick, it may also have security pins in it.
The Arrow and Schlage are tricky calls for me on which would be easier to pick. I think the Schlage is going to have the easiest keyway to get picks in and out of. The tolerances of each are alright, I'm not sure if I could say one is better.
Personally I'd go with the Yale hands down. It's a good lock, might be a pain in your butt for a while but it'd be a good cutaway lock to learn on, seeing the pins makes picking much easier, and you'll learn to cope with the tricky keyway.
Hope this helps,
