Determine Combo on opened Master 175

What methods can be use to determine the combination of the 175? Sesame type decoder?, or can the bottom plate be removed by way of the combo change keyhole?.

the bottom is not a plate, its a full three dimensional chassis for the internal parts. the lock cannot be opened without destroying the rivet that hold this chassis in, if you do drill that rivet, you still have to find a way to disconnect the chassis from the shackle to actually get the case and chassis to separate fully.

You can bypass this lock as fast as you can enter the correct combo. Youtube it for more info.

As far as decoding is concerned... i'd have to study my cut-away when I get home later. But to the best of my recollection, I'm thinking this probably isn't feasible. You have a .004-.008" window on either side of each wheel, and what you'd be looking for is the flat spot on each wheel that lets the locking plate drop. I just don't think you have enough room to get a substantial enough tool in there to find it. I'll double check later.

Wonder about a .002" feeler guage with a point cut on the end?
Also trying to determine Combination of an opened Master Combination Padlock, A little tough to see in there. Better light and I think I can get it, Lucky it has a space for a key in the back, it allows pulling latch out of the way for easier viewing. still dark.

Yes, Bypassing is easily faster than using the Combo.
