Legality in Nova Scotia ( different type of Q )

Postby werelwolf » 24 Sep 2010 21:24

Hey LP101 forum,

I know that there are plenty of threads that search the topic of legality in one's country / state/ province of possessing lockpicks. I have performed a search of threads, looking for pertinent information, but haven't come across this particular info.

Have many people in Nova Scotia had any issues in having their lockpicks, if they purchase them, delivered to their residence?

I'm ordering from a general goods wholesaler ( dealextreme, for those who've heard of them ) and items are shipped out of Hong Kong. I will have other items in the order coming to me ( over a hundred LEDs ) but I was wondering if there should be any problem expected if the package is inspected at customs. The last thing I want is a police officer knocking on my door in stead of the mailman.

Any reply in this matter is greatly appreciated. :)

Hey, just an update for my question, I found that the package would be sent as "Hardware Tools", so I don't think there should be much of a problem. Still, any reply would be appreciated. :)
