Whats that little hole next to the keyway for? All tri-circle padlocks seem to have them.

Most padlocks have them. They're drainage holes for water.

there is an aswome tool that will open any lock with a hole like that... but they are hard to find... if you search hard enough you will probably find it though... keep looking. read deviants book, it talks about it

When you wash or paint your padlock, you can stand it up to dry on a toothPICK.

Wow! All this time I thought it was a vent hole that kept the lock from imploding while in air transit!

draining water is really important especially in a climate where a rain could be followed by a freeze.

ok yes i am... but no im not...
there really is a section in deviants book on it... but all it says is that that hole is not a super secret bypass and that its a drainage hole lol

:D thought as much... although the drainage hole is sometimes a good centerpoint for drilling certain locks :P
