picked my first lock in first try

Postby hoonpv » 27 Oct 2004 22:24

i just got my 8 piece pick set with pick gun and 101 lock smith cd rom. I haven't used the pick gun yet but i managed to open my front door within 30 seconds on my first try. brought my sister over and did it again in 30 sec. It's really fun!

the cd rom was alright, gave me a basic idea of how-to. but it wasn't really that great. (www.lockpickshop.com) anyways, rock on!

Sounds cool. Doesn't it feel great to pick it those first couple times. It still feels cool later, but there's something really awesome about the first couple times :D

Congrats on your quick picking, but you really shouldnt pick your front door, especially with a pick gun as they tend to more frequently damage or mess up the locks. :D

congratulations of the picking. I remember the first time I picked a lock and it was very rewarding. What kind of pick did you use?

I tried my pick gun a bit but i feel way more comfortable with the traditional way and i do way better too. i just can't use the pick gun. it's feels just bulky compare the slim picks  oh by the way, now after about 2 hours of practice, i am pretty much opening every single lock around me within 30 seconds. even at my office. and all i have is a standard 8 piece (2 tension ranches) that i bought off www.lockpickshop.com but yea, i think i am addicted now. there's something about opening locks which people put on to prevent you from having access to it...
