I've only been picking for 4 years so I dont know everything. As for replacing the locks that is an option but I would also like the satisfaction of picking these.
The washer and dryer brand doesn't help us answer your questions. It's the lock type/brand that is needed, although I suspect most forum members will be hesitant to give you specific details on opening laundromat coin box locks as this is primarily a hobbyist site and the prevailing credo is "don't pick locks that don't belong to you, and don't pick locks that are in use." I'm not trying to be rude, your need here might be completely legitimate. We just have no way of verifying that. You might be surprised how frequently new visitors come to the forum and their first question is how to open the coin boxes on laundromat machines or other vending machines. Questions like this tend to raise people's alert levels here.
If your locks are disc detainer locks you'll need some specialized equipment. Some details can be found in the advanced forum, although access to that area is only given after sticking around for a while and letting people get to know you a bit. I'll warn you though, if you're new to picking, it's unlikely you'll be able to pick that type of lock anyways. My suggestion is to call a few more locksmiths and see if you can get a better rate than $100 per lock as that seems a tad higher than usual.
