Looking for a re-pinnable lock

Postby Cyclops154 » 16 Jul 2011 13:31

Hi everyone, Hope you are all OK!

Can somebody help find a re-pinnable lock, i have searched ebay but all I can find are these types of locks:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/YALE-ANTI-BUMP-Euro-Profile-Cylinder-uPVC-Door-Lock-/220630122059?pt=UK_HaG_Lock_Safes_GL&var=&hash=item79143eb8a7

Can these be re-pinned? If not please could you help me find a re-pinnable pin tumbler lock in the UK? because I really need to practice my spp.

Kind Thanks

You can probably buy an EZ Rekey lock that will allow you to change the pin combinations very quickly and you will
be able to practice with any kind of pins that you prefer, whether it be with standard or security pins.

Sorry :oops: I forgot to look in the euro locks section here: http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5199

but Im looking for the type of lock mentioned in illusions guide: http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=10505

As I believe this will be easier in removing the pins with a plug follower, where the euro cylinder does not have enough space to use a plug follower. please can you help me!?

You can probably buy an EZ Rekey lock

Is the EZ like the one from illusions guide? Where can I buy one in the UK?

Kind Thanks

It's not exactly the same but you can take a look at it here --> http://www.lockpickshop.com/EZPL.html
or here --> http://www.lockpickersmall.com/ezrekey.html

I believe you can change the pins without tools by means of the removable plate on top of the pin stacks or by
using tools like a plug follower.
