red circles mean you haven't read the latest post in the thread, grey ones mean you have.
ones that are scrolling the text in the circle means its a popular topic
the light bulb looking ones are stickes.
I'm not a fan of the new theme, wish they would bring back the old one but I'd rather have forum + new theme than no forum at all.
