I would like to buy a couple of the Peterson Prybars, however on there website it says that the will not post to anyone who is not a locksmith etc.

I am just a hobbyist.

Does anyone know where I can buy these without this issue.

Not sure where you're looking, but

I bought some two months ago.

Just looked at Peterson's website and saw the disclaimer (which I have never noticed before). Pretty sure that's just a bit of CYA. I'm not a professional and I've ordered from them more than once with no problem.
