The slimlines...

Ok, I've read alot of..."conflicting" reviews about the slimline series. Of course it being in mind for european situations...I am wondering how easily they bend in comparison to normal picks? I'm very gential with my picks...as anyone should be. Also, I've heard that they can easily cut you, is this just a rumor?

I am assuming you are talking about the Southord slimline (Euro) picks. In short, I really like them. They give you more room to work in restricted keyways and on small locks. This greatly expands the range of locks you can work on.

I don't think you should use enough force in lock picking to ever break a pick and since I don't stab myself with my picks on a regular basis (in fact, never) I haven't been cut by one. I do insist on getting metal 'handles' on the Southords, however, since I do find the thinner handles are (literally) a pain.

Even if you like the regular size Southords, I would still have a Euro diamond or hook in my collection just for the small/restricted keyway stuff.

Yeah, that's a good idea, just get a normal set, and get a dimond and hook slimline ! Thanks man.
