Hi,

Just in case you lost track of it on the forum, you already have a topic open for this question. Here is the link to it and some answers people have been giving you: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=55858&p=405647#p405647

I'll give you the simple answer. As you already stated in the title of the other thread your beginners luck ran out. That's pretty much it man, luck ran out. You opened some doors around the house perhaps some other small cheap padlocks, but now is where theory and practice and practice will come into play. Take time to take some locks apart, buy some practice deadbolts at Walmart or Home Depot, so you're not just practicing on your house doors. If you mess something up, at least it wont be your front door, so you wont be locked out for the night, or worse yet unable to lock up for the night. Also watch some Youtube lock animations to see how the parts inside the locks work, because jiggling a pick inside a lock or raking wildly only works on so many locks before you encounter one that you have to pick with care, pin by pin, actually being aware of every little movement inside.

From what you wrote, it kinda sounds like you may be on some construction site and guys waiting around are having you pick tool containers to get in so they can start work, is their boss ok with you picking the locks? You do realize if something goes missing, the guy who's been picking locks for everyone is gonna get blamed for anything missing.

Use your new powers wisely, don't run around picking every door and padlock and don't show off or being too helpful to people, it can burn you and your reputation. Let's continue your M1 and M5 conversation back at the original thread, I will be locking this one as it is a duplicate.
