Does anyone know if there's one location that handles the lock and safe testing at Underwriters or if each lab does a little? Saw that they did occasional tours and thought it would be cool if they could show a small group around and explain some of the tests they do.

I see your user info indicates you are in Chicago; the world headquarters of UL is just north of you in Northbrook IL. You could try calling them to see where testing is done, though with something like lock 'intrusion resistance' they probably wouldn't offer a tour (or on the tour, wouldn't show you anything specific...)
