Hi All,
I am new on this site and would like help in opening my safe box. I changed the battery and locked the safe box up. When I came to open it again it would not open using my previous combination key. I have also lost my key to open it manually.
Any help given to open it will be gratefully appreciated.

Unfortunately can't be discussed here. You should contact a locksmith.
