Are you referring to the standard Master padlock, or the rekeyable ones that look like the American locks?
The rekeyable ones are mostly the solid body, not laminated. To get the pins out, you must remove the core. That is done by unlocking the lock, then removing a screw that is in the hole where the shackle was located.
The non-rekeyable locks are not able to be disassembled without damaging the lock.
