not stuck any more. Thanks for the replies

Horray, pick not stuck anymore, used a pair of pliers and a bit of force.
The only thing is now the key wont fit in the keyway as it looks like there is a pin at the top and bottom. Not a problem, take it apart and re-set all the pins.

Dont take it apart,just get your pick and push downwards on those pins at the bottom and turn plug as you do so.
