Hi All -- I wanted to respond to this post personally. Just this morning registered on this forum because I was alerted by a customer that this question had been posed on Lock Picking 101.
As the owner of LockPickersMall.com I would like to assure everyone that we're not only still in business (since 1998, actually) but we've just moved to a brand new web host and this might possibly explain why we may have missed some recent emails. Switching hosting companies always causes issues no matter how hard you plan to avoid them.
I want to personally apologize to lockpickerman, and anyone else who has experienced ANY sort of problem at the site, as I regard excellent customer service to be the most accurate barometer of a website's worth. Please by all means let me know if you run into problems or issues -- or if you simply have a suggestion of how I can improve the online store. I welcome all feedback, even the negative kind as this helps me make any changes that need to be made.
I hope this message is not regarded as an intrusion, it's meant to clear up the confusion and to let everyone on this forum know that they are particularly welcome at my website.
