I've got a few deadbolt locks, two being of schlage brand and one being brinks. Now, when I'm picking them, I use the half diamond so I can find which keys are binding easier than the feeler. I can find them alright, but the pins seem to jam in the lock after I start setting a few. It's like, when I put enough pressure to actually move the pin, it shoots upwards and gets stuck in the overset position. I'm not sure if it's the tension or not, because I can hear the other pins reset when I lower the tension enough to start moving the next binding one. I've taken the lock apart, and so I'm sure that there are no special pins (spool, serrated, etc). Any thoughts/suggestions? Thank you
