binding order: always the same?

A question regarding SPP and binding order:

Should the binding order always be the same or can it be different every time SPPing the lock?
Should the binding order be always the same if correct tension is applied?
Is a different binding order pointing to too much tension?

To address your questions, if it is the same lock, binding order should be the same. The tolerances are on a very small scale though so it may appear that sometimes it is 12345 and sometimes 52341, each lock has it's own personality.

I don't think tension amount will change the binding order. plug turning direction clockwise or counter-clockwise (anti-clockwise UK) will change the binding order, this search result helps visualize it: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=58209&p=424376&hilit=binding+order#p424376

@Pillar:Not to belabor the point, I agree with Squelchtone that it is best to use the search function before posting, because it makes it easier for newer members like yourself to find the information your looking for. If questions stay in the same thread, a member will find his answers all in the same place rather than split up over several topics. And for older members like myself (that's a relative term, of course,) we have an easier time finding an old topic we are searching for to quote from when they are not split up between several topics. Welcome to the site and feel free to ask any questions that come to mind, I know I have learned greatly from the members in this forum.
