Storm lockpicks are selling european bogotas on their site, they are based in the UK, the ones serepicks is selling are for USA type locks with pins on the top, (although i've heard that if you order some bogotas from raimundo himself and ask him, he'll make some with the right orientation)

Yep, that's correct. raimundo did these for me orientated for European locks.
