driver pins

hi so I am trying to repin my dead bolt lock but when I put spring in the driver pin spring is coming out

is the any special tweezers you need

You need to grasp the driver pin with as much out of the tweezers as possible, then push it in to the hole, then push the follower into the driver pin then let go with the tweezers and push it down the rest of the way. Its very easy with a little practice, frustrating at first though.
