What's that Pick?

that's not a custom, it came with PSX-14 but I have no clue what's it use, or why I'd use it.

Any clue on that?

It looks like a messed up W-rake. The little thing on the bottom looks like it would catch in the bottom of the cylinder.

Have heard it called a batarang pick. Supposedly they are pretty good for those who want to have broken parts of picks left inside locks they are picking.
