How to remove core

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to remove the core of this knob:

I've picked it, but I can't seem to figure how to remove the core.

You need a weiser nut removal tool to depress the retainer while unscrewing the nut. On the oldest style weiser locks the cylinder is cast into the knob

! I tried crafting one but my machining skill aren't up to date yet...

They only cost like $5
You could use an icepick to get it off, but idk how you will get it back on there

Yeah, ice pick, small flat head screw driver... or the specialized tool.
