Noob with a toob lock question

Postby CarWashGuy » 12 Aug 2017 17:23

I'm new to the tubular lock picking game. I have several picks including southord, HUK, and some other banggood brands. These all work on low level security locks just fine. But when I get to what I think are higher security locks I can't get them to work at all. I have a bunch of vending machines and I can't get these to work on any of them. When I try to manually pick them it feels as if each spring has different tension. Will these picks work on locks with different tension springs?

We do not, at this time, discuss tubular locks in the open forum. Judging by your posts thus far, you are well aware of how often these are used for vending machines and other uses, and we don't want to teach people how to break into your vending machines.

Oops! I apologize, I'm still learning the ropes here. I just joined today - I hope this doesn't count as my first strike. But I can certainly understand the reasons behind not discussing it. I guess this is the reasoning behind the restricted area of the forum. I think that's a great idea for vetting legit people from the not so legit. As for the tube locks I really don't have a huge need to pick them, I just find it interesting.
