TOK tension bar

Postby toni vines » 22 Sep 2017 3:48

Hi all, can anyone advise me please? I want to get a TOK tension wrench but all I can find is one in a large kit of tension wrenches. I've got loads of the usual wrenches so don't really want to spend £20 on stuff I don't need. Is there anywhere I can buy an individual one? I'm in Ipswich, UK.
Thanks,
Toni.

I'm afraid I don't know much about UK suppliers, but I know that Sparrows, Peterson, and Multipick all offer the TOK tension wrenches individually. I imagine that all 3 would probably ship to the UK.

Peterson is expensive - with shipping in the USA each wrench is about $18.
I have three of them in varying thicknesses. They are fantastic, almost cheating.

Madbob lock picks is located in the uk. The thing about tok wrenches is that you will want a variety of them, different thicknesses work better on different locks. Mad bobs sells a 6 piece prybar set for 18 GBP.

I really like my madbobs turning tools. I have the Peterson's as well, They seem to be in between sizes.

The original design is inspired from Locksmith who ground down Allen keys/hex wrenches, so you could do that as well.

The mad bob set is great. I live in the USA but I'm a madbob fan. I did later add a few more sizes from sparrows.
