Help: Trying to take pins out of a door lock

I'm trying to take some pins out of this lock so I can practice with just one or two, but I'm completely stumped on how to get the plug out. Please help. THANKS

Now about the tool, you can make your own cheaply out of a hacksaw blade, use two small screwdrivers, a fondue fork....etc etc.
