There are some other posts asking the same thing, I think you may find them if you use the Search function, but no, there is no document posted anywhere that has list based on increased difficulty because everyone has a different opinion on where certain locks rate on the difficulty scale.

bonus: I have not read this list of locks to validate if it is accurate or if it makes sense, but someone on reddit's lockpicking subreddit has made a list by difficulty using a karate belt color coding system, maybe you will find it useful:
