help needed for mancuna 800 gt

Postby andylocks » 21 Apr 2005 6:03

hi
i have just aquired a mancuna 800 gt key cutting machine, i know this machine is a bit out of date but i am wondering what all the cutting wheels are for (3) and how to set it up as new to key cutting.
is there anyone who has got or knows where i can get some sort of manual for this and what keys it cuts?
many thanks
andy

hi the 3 wheels working right to left are 1) the cylinder key car key wheel, 2) is the mortice cutting wheel , 3 is the smallest and this is for side wards cutting the cuts into the side of a mortice key.

the new wheels are available from sks at approx £75 the full set, and sks or any supplier should be able to get you a manual if not available somewhere on the net.
