Ok, i have no tools still but found a local shop that sells them. Im gonna go up sometime this week and buy picks but until then im just gonna read read read read. I have the MIT guide and im sure that others have been posted but other than the MIT guide what do you think is best? What are the best videos? I know there are links to all of them in these forums but whats your favorite or what you found most informing?

When I first saw this, I couldn't figure out for the life of me how someone who joined 8 months ago had over 100 posts and still no tools or any experience... "No, stop reading already and buy the tools!" Then I noticed how old the post was.
