Does anyone make a padlock that can be programed to open at a certain time? Or a padlock that can not be opened with a key until a preset time? If so, please post a link to their site or post whatever info you can.

Here are some that let you control access time:

CyberLock- they do make padlock cores and many others. http://www.videx.com

Mul-T-Lock makes it, but it's pretty expensive (full version is under $2000).
