I've been considering doing on the spot lock opening as a part time job. Now I live in texas and looking at this site it would seem that I don't need a license to practice lock picking as a career. Could anyone please verify this? It just seems a bit weird... thanks in advance!

That site hasn't been updated since 1999. I believe that a license is now a requirement. Call your local city hall to find out.
