What type of lock?

Sorry I dont have a picture. I also searched for it everywhere and couldn't seem to find it.

It's shaped like a half circle. Or a half moon. Whichever you prefer.

I am just curious what the lock is called. What the key to it looks like. And if it is possible to pick it?
It seems like a tension wrench wouldn't work because the lock is a lot wider than the wrench.

Sounds like an Abloy-type rotating disc lock.

There's a tool wich I think may open that...but is very expensive.

They can be opened by decoding.... the tool is horrifcaly expensive to buy unless you make money through locksmith work using it.
