The keyway has a lot of movement in it and it literally falls open when I insert a snake or a diamond pick, although quite a lot of tension is required, it is also very simple to shim as there is plenty of room around the shackle.
I don't know if you can bypass it though i've been trying with no success maybe you can't.
Mine's a 264 too, it's a devil.
Can't pick it for the life of me.
Shim bypass works.

Hmm, my 263 have very little movement, maybe I just have the wrong pickset.. I shall look around, I too have tried to bypass it, but with no success, on the other hand, i don´t think I should fix to bypass a lock on a diary..
Last night i had trouble picking something, i was about to give up, blaming my wrenches.
Then i remembered something. A signature on the forum of a member whom i can't remember.
"It's never the tools fault!"
I opened the lock within the next hour.
