Info about this lock/key

Hi,

Was just wondering if you could help me with this lock of mine. My dad said this lock was unpickable (and actually bought me a Slim Euro 34 piece set earlier today to prove his point). I'm new in the lockpicking "game", but have read a lot and always been interested so I thought I would give it a try and start with the basics. I think our lock isn't for beginners so I'll try that after hours with the basics first

The lock is a TrioVing (I think the brand is Norwegian)

I have a .pdf with the lock and key, and as you can see the key has two "layers" or what I should call them. Do you maybe have something similar over there? Unfortunately the .pdf is in Norwegian, but you can see the key at page 6 (the one called Twin).

Also, I'm sorry if this is something you would classify as "advanced". Than I'll try back when I qualify for that (hopefully soon )

I tried to check the list of the locks you've described, but couldn't find a page with all the locks with pictures as well as description, and living in a country where English isn't my native language, plain text in advanced English without pictures can unfortunately be hard to understand :p

Tell your dad this lock is certainly pickable. It is very hard to pick and requires lots of experience to pick, however. I don't think you'll be up to it, at least not until you have lots of experience.

Ah, well I guess anything is pickable, but good you mean this should be hard.

Someone did break in while we were at our summer cabin last year, and dad bought this door with the best lock they had, so thats mainly why he wanted to be sure that it couldn't be done (and mom has a tendency to lock her keys inside her car, but thats another story ).

Well, couldn't be done is a little harsh. It's not a vault we're talking about here, just the main entrance to our house :p but we, as everybody else, just want to be as safe as possible.
